Please read these before inquiring about a commission!
1. These commissions are for PRIVATE/PERSONAL USE only, strictly NOT for commercial purposes.2. I, as the artist, will retain the copyright of the commissioned pieces, and will likely post a watermarked version of the piece online.3. As I maintain all the rights to the commissioned artworks, and you, as the client, may only post if credit is given back to my Tumblr/Instagram/Twitter.4. You may NOT claim the commissioned artworks as YOUR OWN.5. You cannot cancel the commission(s) after you have paid me, I do not give full refunds, unless I am not able to start on the piece for any unforeseeable reason.6. If you are not satisfied with the piece in the end, I will not do any re-do’s nor will I give a refund. However, to prevent this, throughout the commission work, you will receive progress shots at each stage of the process, and you will be given opportunities to ask for modifications/adjustments/additions/etc.7. If I am not able to fully complete your commission due to unforeseeable circumstances while we’re still in the middle of the process, you will get the choice of either getting the files of the work that I have done as much as I could + remaining refund, or a full refund but no files to be given.8. I will not start the commission until you have paid me either the full price or half price. Half of the price is due before I start the commission and half will be due before I deliver the final piece. I will send you a blurred/watermarked version of the final piece before I receive final payment. Once I receive final payment, the final piece will be sent to you.9. Payments will be done through Paypal invoices. Please ask about other payment methods if needed!10. Modifications requests in non-editable stages of the commission or large/major modifications may incur additional charges upon the client based on the amount of modifications/additions requested to be made.11. You may not turn your commission into an NFT nor use it for any crypto purposes.12. You retain the rights to your original characters.13. By paying this invoice you accept these terms.
